My Story
I knew from a young age that I wanted to be a writer.

Growing up in a small town in Georgia, we have a lot of weird opportunities here that we might not have if we lived someplace bigger. One of the opportunities I was afforded as a junior in high school - being a teacher's aide for our composition teacher - solidified my desire to become an author. Thanks, Coach Hennessy!
Another thing about growing up in a town that only has five or six red lights...everybody knows everybody and because of that, I've had so much local support that it has been unreal. If I could choose any other place in the world to live, I'd choose Waynesboro, over and over again.
My goal for 2025 is to be doing exactly what I'm doing now... being the best Mama, wife, daughter, sister and friend that I can be, while still sitting down with my laptop to have conversations with all my imaginary friends.
